As a Site and Utility Contractor, AFSU will take a raw piece of land and transform it into a new residential or industrial development. AFSU clears the land, levels the ground, digs the lakes, installs the water, sewer, fire, reuse and drainage lines, paves the roads, installs the sidewalks, final grades and sods the site in preparation for builders start of vertical construction. Project sizes range from a half acre to over 80 acres.
